Bo Scarborough logs nine touches in loss

Bo Scarborough carried nine times for 42 yards in the Lions’ 23-20 loss to the Packers on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact

After dominating touches for weeks, Scarborough once again played second-fiddle to Kerryon Johnson. The former is only a viable fantasy option if given a high-volume of touches. He should start the 2020 season on the bench.

Bo Scarborough logs eight touches in loss

Bo Scarborough rushed eight times for 34 yards in the Lions’ 27-17 loss to the Broncos on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact

Scarborough returned from a one-game absence to split the backfield workload with Kerryon Johnson. It's possible Johnson is given a bigger workload in Week 17 to close out the year, and Scarborough should be dropped if you haven't made the move already.

Bo Scarbrough officially inactive for Week 15

Bo Scarbrough will not play in Week 15.

Fantasy Impact

Scarbrough missing means you need to remove him from any lineups. This also leaves the door open for J.D. McKissic and Ty Johnson to split more of the workload.

Bo Scarbrough is a game-time decision for Week 15

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting Lions RB Bo Scarbrough (ribs) is a game-time decision for Week 15.

Fantasy Impact

While Scarbrough is a game-time call for Sunday's home matchup with the Buccaneers as he is dealing with injured ribs, it wouldn't be wise to use him in your fantasy lineups if he plays. Not only is the Tampa Bay defense is giving up the second-fewest fantasy points to running backs at a meager 11.3 FPPG pace, but they have held their opponent's top-scoring fantasy back to fewer than 10 PPR points in two of their past four games. While the Lions promoted Wes Hills from their practice squad just in case Scarbrough sits, no Lions running backs should be in your fantasy lineups for Week 15. They'll be running into a Buccaneers front-seven buzzsaw in a Ndamukong Suh revenge game.

Bo Scarbrough misses practice Friday

Bo Scarbrough missed Friday's practice due to a rib injury.

Fantasy Impact

Scarbrough was also sidelined for Thursday's session, and the Lions signed a running back, Wes Hills, off their practice squad on Saturday. As such, it appears Scarbrough is very questionable, at best, to suit up against the Buccaneers Week 15. The Lions' backfield is one to avoid this weekend even if Scarbrough is active.
