OG - FA
Week 15 Outlook
Availability
Free agent offensive lineman Brandon Scherff retired over the offseason, with his move being acknowledged by the Iowa Athletics Hall of Fame.
Fantasy Impact
Reportedly, Scherff retired quietly, letting teams know he was not returning for another season. The former first-round pick played 10 seasons in the NFL, making five Pro Bowls and one All-Pro team. He played in 140 games, starting all of them for Washington and Jacksonville.
The Jacksonville Jaguars restructured the contract of Brandon Scherff.
Fantasy Impact
Scherff had a cap number of $24 million, so this move allows Jacksonville to keep him on the offensive line. This comes after they also re-signed Ezra Cleveland.
Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson confirmed that Brandon Scherff will be able to play on Sunday against the Chiefs.
Fantasy Impact
C Luke Fortner has also been cleared to play. Scherff was in and out of the Jaguars game last week, but he will be able to take the field on Sunday in what will be the season debut of Chris Jones on the Chiefs defensive line.
Brandon Scherff is reportedly headed to Jacksonville to sign with the Jaguars.

Washington Football Team OL Brandon Scherff (knee) is expected to play in Week 10.
Fantasy Impact
Scherff's return may not impact your fantasy lineup directly, but if you are an Antonio Gibson fantasy manager, you are glad the talented guard is returning to the field. Gibson has struggled this season because of his shin, but it doesn't help that Scherff hasn't played since Week 4. What's more, the Football Team is 0-12 in the past three seasons in games Scherff missed. Scherff's return is a boost for all parties involved outside of the enemy defensive front seven.
