Brent Urban

Brent Urban was injured during a drill in practice on Friday; an MRI indicated a torn biceps muscle which will require surgical repair, much like Matt Elam's injury. One of Elam and Urban will unfortunately end up on the season-ending injury reserve list.

Fantasy Impact

Urban was pushing for playing time at DE and was reportedly impressing in camp. While he was not an important fantasy IDP prospect, his injury means that Chris Canty will see the majority of snaps at DE, making him likely a steady option in deep leagues.

Baltimore Ravens defensive end Brent Urban has been cleared for full OTA practice, per Coach Harbaugh. Urban spent all last season on IR due to an ACL tear he suffered close to the start of training camp.

Fantasy Impact

This will be Urban's second ACL tear. According to the team's website, he tore his other ACL six years ago and suffered an ankle injury during his senior year at Virginia. If he remains healthy, this massive 6'7", 295 pound bruiser would fit nicely in the rotation.
