Cowart is signing a deal to join Miami's practice squad. He most recently played on the Colts and spent a couple of years with the Patriots before that, but he has yet to find real success in his NFL career so far. He may get some action on Sunday's, but don't expect this to be a big boost for Miami's defensive line.
