Week 8 Outlook
Ravens DL Calais Campbell (calf) is active for Week 16 against the Giants.
Campbell returns after missing Week 15. His presence will be a nice boost for the Ravens D/ST in fantasy leagues today.
Baltimore Ravens star defensive lineman Calais Campbell is active for Monday Night Football against the Cleveland Browns.
Campbell has been dealing with the cal injury for weeks. He was able to play during Week 13 but was unable to practice all week. Despite the lack of practice, Campbell has been cleared for what may very well prove to be an elimination game for the Ravens. Campbell's numbers have actually taken a hit with the Ravens as far as IDP is concerned, but he remains an invaluable piece on the field.
Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports Ravens DL Calais Campbell (calf) is expected to play in Week 13 versus the Cowboys.
Campbell is finally recovered from his calf issue and was activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list over the weekend. His return will be a plus for Baltimore's defense. DT Brandon Williams (ankle) is also expected to play.
Sources tell Ian Rapoport that Ravens DE Calais Campbell has been activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
Campbell was also nursing a calf injury as he recovered from COVID-19, so news of him being activated should be a positive sign for his return to the field against the Cowboys in Week 13. Campbell's return is an upgrade to the Baltimore D/ST.
The Ravens placed DL Calais Campbell on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
OL Matt Skura and Patrick Mekari were also placed on the list. It's unclear if Campbell actually tested positive or not, but if he did then he'll certainly miss Week 12 and possibly Week 13 as well.
