Cameron Jordan adds two sacks on Sunday

Cameron Jordan ended Sunday’s win over the Jaguars with four total tackles and two sacks.

Fantasy Impact

Jordan is currently the Saints’ sack leader (5) through Week 6. He also has 23 total tackles to his name. He should be started in most IDP leagues.

Cameron Jordan wraps up Deshaun Watson once on Monday

Cameron Jordan finished Monday’s win over the Houston Texans with five tackles and a sack.

Fantasy Impact

Jordan is still a top tier DE in all fantasy formats. IDP owners should enjoy starting him with confidence on a weekly basis.

Cameron Jordan signs big three-year extension

Cameron Jordan and the Saints have agreed to a three-year extension.

Fantasy Impact

The deal is reportedly worth $52.5M with incentives that could bring the deal up to $55.5M max and over $42M in guaranteed money. Jordan has played all nine seasons of his NFL career with the Saints, racking up 71.5 sacks, 10 forced fumbles, and 143 QB hits. He’s earned four Pro Bowl selections and one All-Pro selection, and what’s most impressive is that he has never missed a game. The deal will keep the veteran team leader under contract through 2023.

Cameron Jordan and David Onyemata kept pressure on Dak Prescott in Week 13

New Orlean Saints defensive lineman Cameron Jordan and David Onyemata did all they could do to keep the pressure on Dak Prescott in the loss Thursday night versus Dallas. Between the two they recorded fourteen combined tackles, five sacks, and four tackles for a loss. Altogether the defensive managed seven total sacks with A.J. Klein and Taylor Stallworth also chipping in one apiece.

Fantasy Impact

For Jordan IDP owners it was a pleasant amount of production. As for Onyemata, it's unlikely he was in any lineups unless some owners reached this contest based on the matchup. He hasn't been on the IDP radar enough to warrant a roster spot in most fantasy formats. He'll also unlikely be on the radar going forward unless there has been a turnaround on his part.

Cameron Jordan hits on two of the six sacks recorded in Thanksgiving win

In a night game on Thanksgiving that the New Orleans defense as a whole enjoyed extra portions, defensive end Cameron Jordan still managed to stand out with the recorded two sacks, three tackles for a loss, and four combined tackles.

Fantasy Impact

Fellow defensive players Demario Davis, P.J. Williams, Marcus Williams, and Sheldon Rankins recorded a sack apiece as well. For IDP owners it was a great night of production to top off a day of giving thanks. The momentum this unit has offers many options for owners to enjoy a fantasy football playoff run if they can keep the level of play they have going.
