Backup RB and Pro Bowl Special Teamer Cedric Peerman fractured his left forearm after being dragged down by a Jaguars DB.

Fantasy Impact

Peerman is likely out for the season due to this injury. While it is possible that Cincy would put him on short-term IR, it is more likely they use that slot on first-round pick William Jackson III. Peerman's injury doesn't mean much for fantasy purposes, other than the depth behind Giovani Bernard and Jeremy Hill just thinned out.

Even with Giovani Bernard out, Peerman has not been a part of the Bengals rushing attack.

Fantasy Impact

Some sneaky deeper-league PPR owners may have speculatively added Peerman with hopes that he could see 10-12 touches including 3-4 catches. However, it seems that OC Hue Jackson does not plan on involving Peerman in any significant way. Even the most desperate should look elsewhere.
