Tillman was limited again on Thursday. He's still managing a glute injury right now, and it's unclear whether or not it will affect his availability for Week 11. If he is cleared to play against the Ravens, he may very well be the top receiving option for the Browns in that game, although that is not likely to lead to much success from a fantasy perspective.
