Chase Brown
RB - Cincinnati Bengals
Chase Brown tallied 11 rushing yards on three carries in the Bengals' 16-10 loss to the Patriots. He caught all three of his targets for 12 yards.
Fantasy Impact
Brown is clearly viewed as the RB2 in the offense behind Zack Moss. While neither impressed in Week 1, they should both continue to factor into the offense moving forward. Brown and the Bengals will look to bounce back against the Chiefs in Week 2.
Chase Brown carried the ball 11 times for 43 yards and added a 10-yard catch in a 31-14 win over the Browns in Week 18.
Fantasy Impact
Brown showed well as the No. 2 back behind Joe Mixon over the last portion of the season. The rookie finishes his debut campaign with 179 rushing yards, 14 catches, 156 receiving yards, and a touchdown. He should be back as the chief backup to Mixon in 2024.
Bengals' offensive coordinator Brian Callahan said Chase Brown has shown the ability to be explosive and the potential to be a big contributor to the offense next year.
Fantasy Impact
Callahan added that Brown having a full offseason where the focus is totally on learning the scheme and Brown's role in it could play a factor in him seeing more touches next season. He has taken a bigger role in the Bengals backfield during the second half of this season and could be even more of a factor all of next year.
Chase Brown carried the ball three times for five yards while also hauling in both of his targets for 23 yards in the Bengals' 25-17 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 17.
Fantasy Impact
Brown has struggled to make a consistent impact as part of the Cincinnati offense, finishing with less than 60 total offensive yards in each of the last three games for the Bengals. The versatile running back cannot be trusted in lineups, with a stiff test against the Cleveland Browns in Week 18 up next.
Chase Brown carried the ball four times for 16 yards and added two catches for eight yards in a 34-11 loss to the Steelers in Week 16.
Fantasy Impact
Brown chipped in 4.0 yards per touch in a secondary role behind Joe Mixon. The rookie running back has shown some flashes as the No. 2 RB behind Mixon in the latter portions of the season. He will take on the Chiefs in Week 17.
