The Arizona Cardinals sent Chris Clemons to I.R. with a hamstring injury, ending his season.

Clemons was mainly a special teams player, who only played 22 defensive snaps all season. He's been battling hamstring problems the majority of the season, and will probably be released off I.R. with some kind of injury settlement once he gets healthy.

Chris Clemons racked up two tackles and an interception in Thursday nights win over Denver.

After only one game in 2014, Clemons is just trying to make the roster for the Cardinals. He has practically zero IDP appeal.

On Sunday, the Texans cut their 2014 free-agent acquisition Chris Clemons. On Monday, they added former Texans safety Daniel Manning who was cut by the Bengals.

Clemons fell behind Kendrick Lewis early in camp and never caught up. Outside of D.J. Swearinger, there doesn't seem to be much fantasy value in the Texans' secondary.
