Cincinnati Bengals
DST - Cincinnati Bengals
Week 10 Outlook
Availability
The Bengals D/ST allowed 47 points on 576 total yards with two sacks on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
After another heartbreaking loss in which the defense allowed over 500 yards from scrimmage, the locker room appeared to be nearly broken after this latest loss. The Bengals defense can be left on the waiver wire.
The Bengals D/ST allowed 39 points, 248 passing yards, and 254 rushing yards in a 39-38 loss to the Jets.
Fantasy Impact
The Bengals failed to really get anything going against the Jets, as they did not record a turnover or a sack. The defense allowed 23 points in the fourth quarter to allow the Jets to come away with their first victory of the season. The Bengals will take on the Bears in Week 9.
The Cincinnati Bengals DST picked off Aaron Rodgers twice in the Bengals’ 33-31 win over the Steelers, but failed to record a sack.
Fantasy Impact
The Bengals had some nice INTs, but couldn’t really get much going on defense, allowing the Steelers to score 31 points. They are lacking talent on that side of the ball and are best left on waivers
The Bengals' D/ST logged one sack and one interception while allowing 27 points in Sunday's loss to the Green Bay Packers.
Fantasy Impact
Cincinnati's defense looked bad on Sunday. They allowed Green Bay's offense to score 27 points on Sunday and move the ball efficiently, which ultimately led to them suffering a loss on the road. This unit should not be started in any matchups moving forward.
The Bengals D/ST recorded four sacks while also forcing one turnover (one fumble recovery) in a 37-24 loss to the Lions in Week 5.
Fantasy Impact
The unit has offered mixed results for fantasy managers to begin the season, recording at least one turnover while also allowing 27 or more points in four of the first five games. Fantasy managers will be better served utilizing other options ahead of a Week 6 contest against the Green Bay Packers.
