It was a rough end to the season for Stroud as he threw four interceptions in last Sunday's loss against the Patriots. "I know that I’m still getting better, and I’ve still got a lot of things to figure out," Stroud said after the game. "It'll be year four next year, and I’m still learning every day. We had a new system this year and new guys, and it’s something I’m still getting adjusted to. Those are no excuses. I've just got to learn from that." The next decision for Houston to make will be regarding Stroud's fifth-year contract option by May 1.

Stroud lit up the Chargers early to get the Texans out to a lead, but cooled off from there. Those two long touchdowns were 118 of his 244 yards, and those bombs weren't his only completions of the first quarter. All in all, he still got things done and should be able to put up nice numbers against the Colts next week.

Stroud had an up-and-down game on Sunday. He didn't make many mistakes against the Raiders and had zero turnovers on the afternoon, but he struggled to get much going, finishing with under 200 total yards and just one touchdown against one of the league's worst defenses. He also has a tougher matchup coming up against the Chargers next week, and fantasy managers should avoid starting him if at all possible.
