Week 13 Outlook
The Philadelphia Eagles have signed CB Cre’von LeBlanc just one day after his initial release on Sunday.
The Eagles had some roster movements to make over the weekend, but decided to bring back LeBlanc, who’s played well when healthy for Philadelphia the last two seasons.
Eagles cornerback Cre'von LeBlanc is going to miss several weeks with a foot sprain that he suffered in training camp, according to a report from NFL insider Ian Rapoport. He should be ready for the start of the regular season and does not require surgery.
The Eagles wasted no time in signing free-agent cornerback Orland Scandrick in the wake of LeBlanc's injury, so there is at least some concern from there team there. He is the fifth or sixth cornerback on the Eagles but impressed while playing meaningful snaps last season due to a number of injuries.
Cre'von LeBlanc finished Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles with seven total tackles, six of which were solo, plus two defended passes.
LeBlanc finally had a good game for the Bears defense. Unfortunately, he is not worth starting in IDP leagues.
Cre'Von LeBlanc finished Sunday's game with seven tackles, all solo, and a pass defense.
LeBlanc has stepped up the last two weeks for the Bears DST. He is trying to prove he has a spot on this defense for future years.
Rookie cornerback Cre'Von LeBlanc seemed to be all over the field on Sunday. He finished with four tackles, two of which were solo, four pass defenses, and an interception which he returned 24 yards for a touchdown.
LeBlanc has been making big plays of recent weeks, including his touchdown this week. Being a rookie, if he continues to progress, he could have a big part of this defense for years to come.
