Cooper tied for second on the team with his six targets but he wasn't able to do much with the chances on Sunday night. The veteran now has 11 catches for 175 yards and four touchdowns in eight games this year. He will be a low-end flex in Week 9 vs. the Giants.

The Eagles weren't able to get Cooper going on Monday, as he finished with just 17 yards in this loss to their divisional rival. He will likely have a couple of boom games over the remainder of the season, but fantasy managers shouldn't trust him at this point.

With DeVonta Smith (hamstring) missing each of the last two games, Cooper has now hit paydirt three times over the last two weeks and four times this season. The second-year pro is certainly proving himself as a big-play option for QB Jalen Hurts, but Cooper is still limited in the volume of targets thrown his way.

Cooper was one of the lone bright spots on Philadelphia's offense on Sunday. He caught both of the team's passing touchdowns against the Rams, although he was only able to rack up 33 yards in the process. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to be a good fantasy option moving forward, however, especially with DeVonta Smith (hamstring) set to make his return to the lineup at some point.
