DeAndre Carter
WR - LV
DeAndre Carter (knee) is considered questionable for the Raiders' Week 1 matchup against the Denver Broncos.
Fantasy Impact
Carter has been limited at practice all week because of a knee injury, and now his status for Sunday's game will be up in the air for the same reason. The team will make a decision about his availability closer to game time, and Marquez Callaway may get more work off the bench if Carter doesn't play in Week 1.
DeAndre Carter (knee) was limited at practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Carter is managing a minor knee injury of some kind that left him limited during Las Vegas' practice on Wednesday. It's not a serious issue, but it's enough for the team to be cautious with their usage of him. He's set to play a depth role for the Raiders this year, and he won't see the field enough to be fantasy relevant unless there's a couple of injuries in the Raiders' receiving core.
DeAndre Carter is signing a 1-year/$2.375 million contract with the Las Vegas Raiders according to NFL Insider Jordan Schultz.
Fantasy Impact
Carter adds another receiving weapon for the Raiders as they look to fill the target void left by the departure of Darren Waller. Carter caught 46 balls for 538 yards and scored three touchdowns in his lone season in Los Angeles. Carter, whose 11.7 punt return average trailed only New England's Marcus Jones (min. 29 returns), should also be able to take over those responsibilities in Las Vegas and save some wear and tear on Hunter Renfrow.
DeAndre Carter caught one of two targets but for no yards in Sunday night's win against the Miami Dolphins.
Fantasy Impact
Carter has fallen down the depth chart with the return of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. He can still do damage in the punt return game, but is no longer a fantasy option moving forward.
DeAndre Carter caught one of two targets for 14 yards in Sunday's loss to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Fantasy Impact
Coming off a season high in receptions and receiving yards, Carter followed it up with a dud, seeing just two targets on Sunday. He is a very risky start in redraft leagues and is better suited as an option in DFS formats.
