Week 13 Outlook
The Philadelphia Eagles added WR Deon Cain to their practice squad Wednesday.
Cain was a sixth round draft pick of the Colts in 2018. He has nine receptions for 124 yards in 13 games, but has not appeared in a game since 2019.
Deon Cain caught five of his seven targets for 66 yards in Sunday's win over the Cleveland Browns.
Cain led the Eagles in targets, receptions, and receiving yards on Sunday as he continues to impress and push for a roster spot. With Jalen Reagor the subject of trade rumors and Greg Ward dealing with an injury, Cain is making a strong case to stick around in the Philadelphia wide receiver room.
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Deon Cain caught both of his targets for 10 yards in a 16-10 loss to the Jets in Week 16.
Cain has been marginally involved in the Pittsburgh offense since coming over from the Colts. He will finish the regular season against the Ravens in Week 17.
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Deon Cain caught a 22-yard pass in a 23-17 win over the Cardinals in Week 14.
Cain has three catches in his past three games. The former Indianapolis Colt has caught on as a third wide receiver for the Steelers, although he could find himself on the bench once JuJu Smith-Schuster is ready to return from a knee injury.
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Deon Cain caught his lone target for a five-yard gain in a 20-13 win over the Browns in Week 13.
Cain now has two catches in his past two games. The former Indianapolis Colt isn't getting many looks in a run-heavy offense. He won't be a fantasy option in Week 14 against Arizona.
