Dez Fitzpatrick
WR - PIT
This Week Outlook
The Tennessee Titans released WR Dez Fitzpatrick Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact
Fitzpatrick was originally drafted by the Titans in the fourth round in the 2021 draft. He was waived on cut day last season and suffered the same fate today. He was resigned to the practice squad, so it would not be a surprise if that happened this year as well.
Dez Fitzpatrick caught his only target for 14 yards on Sunday as the Titans lost to the Patriots by a 36-13 score in Week 12 action.
Fantasy Impact
It looked like Fitzpatrick would improve on his three catches for 35 yards day in Week 11 but that was not the case. Fitzpatrick will have a hard time seeing passes in the team's ball-control offense and can be left on the waiver wire.
Dez Fitzpatrick caught 3-of-6 passes for 35 yards and a touchdown on Sunday afternoon as the Titans lost to the Texans by a 22-13 score in Week 11 action.
Fantasy Impact
Fitzpatrick was elevated from the practice squad before Sunday's game as the team needed depth at the wide receiver position. The 23-year-old did score a touchdown but is not expected to make much of a fantasy impact moving forward.
WR Dez Fitzpatrick caught two passes for 30 yards and a touchdown in the Titans Week 2 preseason win vs the Buccaneers.
Fantasy Impact
Fitzpatrick made a very nice touchdown catch from Woodside. Fitzpatrick will battle for playing time on the Titans and will try to carve out a role this season. He doesn't have much redraft value as of right now.
The Titans have selected wide receiver Dez Fitzpatrick with the pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact
Dez Fitzpatrick is a big, physical WR out of Louisville. At 6'2" and 209 lbs, the crafty route-runner offers the Titans some nice developmental talent behind A.J. Brown and Josh Reynolds.
