Week 3 Outlook
The Jaguars have ruled out cornerback D.J. Hayden for Sunday’s game against the Eagles in London.
Hayden has not played since Week 2 with a toe injury.
Jaguars cornerback D.J. Hayden (toe) was a non-participant at Wednesday’s practice.
Hayden has been out since Week 2 against the Patriots and it’s not looking good for Week 7. He has four tackles and one sack in two games.
Hayden had ten tackles and one interception in the Raiders win over the Chargers on Sunday.
I wouldn't go adding Hayden as an individual D-Player just yet, but the Raiders defense is beginning to look stream worthy.
Cornerback D.J. Hayden returned to practice Thursday after missing Wednesday's practice with a groin injury suffered in Sundays loss to the Broncos.
There is still little-to-no fantasy value to be found in the Raiders D/ST, who have only three fumble recoveries and five interceptions on the year. They were able to intercept Peyton Manning twice in Week 10, and having Hayden available certainly won't hurt versus a struggling Philip Rivers, who threw a season high three interceptions in Week 9 against the Miami Dolphins. The Raiders, who are in danger of losing their 16th straight game, will look to take advantage of the Chargers recent woes.
