DJ Moore (shoulder) has been diagnosed with an AC joint sprain and his status is day-to-day. A source said “He has a chance to play next week, but it’s not a lock.”
Fantasy Impact
Moore was injured while trying to catch a pass in the endzone, falling hard on his shoulder as a defensive back rolled over top of him. At first the injury looked serious, but he was able to sit up and walk off the field under his own power. More than likely Moore will miss at least a week, but if there’s any silver lining, the Bills get a mini-bye here thanks to the Thursday night game. Once he returns he will go back to being a featured target in the Bills passing attack. But if he misses time, Dalton Kincaid and Khalil Shakir will be the primary targets for Josh Allen, but don’t sleep on Keon Coleman, who saw some sneaky good usage once, and even before, Moore was knocked out.

Viewers of the broadcast were able to see Moore get up and walk off under his own power after taking a big hit in the endzone. However, he is headed to the locker room for further x-ray examination and is questionable to return.
DJ Moore caught 5 of 8 targets for 100 yards and a touchdown in the Bills’ 36-31 win over the Texans.

Moore looked good and re-invigorated in this game, showing off some of his old self against a Houston defense that didn’t look like its normal self. His touchdown was a bit fluky, as the defensive back solely made a play on the ball and failed do to so, leaving no one around Moore while he walked in for a score. But, fantasy managers won’t be complaining. Next up for DJ are the Detroit Lions, who just allowed big days for Chris Olave and Devaughn Vele on Sunday.
Bills coach Joe Brady said DJ Moore was “good to go” after suffering an ankle injury in Saturday’s preseason game against the Panthers.

Moore appeared to have his ankle rolled up on after a catch and run. He hauled in 3-of-4 targets for 61 yards in his first official game with the Bills and Josh Allen.
