Vaughan was given an opportunity to show his capabilities when Brandon Weeden was forced to exit the game with a concussion, but his outing was abysmal to say the very least. Last season the Cowboys carried three quarterbacks, but last night's showing firmly puts Vaughan on the bubble to even make this team. He will have another opportunity to turn it around, but Weeden's concussion matched with Vaughan's poor play could force the Cowboys to add another quarterback to their roster. The 2014 undrafted free agent is on thin ice with this team and will need to prove himself if he hopes to make the final roster.
