Week 12 Outlook
S Eric Reid is being released by the Panthers. He will explore his options in free agency before making an immediate decision.
Reid had a career year in Carolina in 2019 with 129 tackles. He only played two years for the Panthers, and although coaches and management saw him as a great leader and a good locker room guy, Carolina has decided to go a different direction at the Safety position.
Eric Reid racked up 11 tackles (eight solo) in Sunday’s 42-10 loss to the Saints.
Reid finished the 2019 season second on the team in total tackles with 129. He also racked on four sacks and one forced fumble. Reid should be viewed as a high-end S2 in IDP leagues.
Carolina Panthers star safety Eric Reid is active for the team's Week 15 contest against the Seattle Seahawks.
Eric Reid was an after hours addition to the injury report with an illness. His absence would have been great news for the Seahawks aerial attack. Reid is a DB1/S1 in IDP formats and should be started with confidence.
Eric Reid racked up eight total tackles (six solo) and one sack during Sunday’s loss to Washington.
Reid is currently second on the team in tackles with 95 through Week 13. He should be started in most IDP leagues on a regular basis. He might not register an interception this season but he will reward owners with his high tackle stats.
Eric Reid racked up 15 total tackles (11 solo) during Sunday’s 34-31 loss to the Saints.
Reid has 87 tackles, three sacks, and a forced fumble through Week 12. He should we owned and started in most IDP leagues. Reid is an interesting play in Week 13 as the Panthers take on Dwayne Haskins Jr. and the Washington Redskins.
