The Bills released S Geno Stone.

Stone started every game the past two seasons with Cincinnati. He'll seek another opportunity heading into the season.

Veteran safety Geno Stone is heading to the Buffalo Bills on a one-year deal.

Fantasy Impact

Stone spent the last two seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals and totaled 185 tackles, six interceptions, and 10 pass breakups while starting all 34 games. However, he was charged with 41 missed tackles, including a whopping 26 last season, and allowed a 106.6 passer rating when he was targeted in 2025. Stone will look to turn things around in Buffalo in 2026 and will compete for a starting safety role in an overhauled Bills' secondary.

Geno Stone had 10 tackles, four solo, in the Bengals' 28-3 loss to the Broncos on Monday night.

Fantasy Impact

Stone has been a little up and down with his numbers, but overall has been a solid option at IDP so far this season. The Bengals' defense will be out often, giving him plenty of chances to put up points.

Fantasy Impact

Stone returned to practice on Thursday after he opened the week missing practice on Wednesday. He appears to be on track to having a chance to play on Sunday against the Eagles.
