Greg Dulcich catches two passes in Week 1

Greg Dulcich caught both of his targets for 18 yards in the Dolphins' 27-13 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 1.

Fantasy Impact

Dulcich was more of an afterthought in the Miami passing attack, finishing fourth on the team in receptions in the loss. The tight end remains difficult to trust as part of a Miami passing attack with more questions than answers to begin the season, with a Week 2 contest against the San Francisco 49ers up next.

Greg Dulcich nursing minor injury, return likely next week

Greg Dulcich is nursing a minor injury that is not expected to keep him out long. Miami HC Jeff Hafley expects the tight end to return next week for joint practice with the Commanders.

Fantasy Impact

It’s never great when a player misses time due to injury during training camp, especially on a team where potential target shares are so up in the air and building chemistry is essential. However, it doesn’t sound like it will be a long absence, so Dulcich should be fine as a sleeper selection in fantasy drafts.

Greg Dulcich emerging as top weapon for Miami

Greg Dulcich is emerging as the “top Dolphins weapon” at this point of the offseason, beat reporter Omar Kelly noted after Dulcich made a one handed catch.

Fantasy Impact

Of course many things can change, but Dulcich has shown ability in previous years and started to come alive late last season. Dulcich could find himself a nice role in 2026 if he keeps progressing and showing rapport with new QB Malik Willis. It’s also notable that the new coaching staff comes from Green Bay, a system that utilized the tight end heavily. That could also work in Dulcich’s favor.

Greg Dulcich expected to take on bigger role in 2026 season

Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN believes Greg Dulcich “should figure heavily in Miami’s passing game in 2026.”

Fantasy Impact

Dulcich is currently the starting tight end in Miami after re-signing with them. Darren Waller remains a free agent and it doesn't appear that he will be returning. The Dolphins moves the rest of the offseason will have to be monitored to see if they bring in any more weapons, but he could be in line for close to an every down role as everything stands right now. He can be a TE2 with TE1 upside for fantasy managers who wait on the position.

Greg Dulcich re-signs with Dolphins

The Dolphins re-signed TE Greg Dulcich.

Fantasy Impact

It is a one-year, $3.25 million contract for Dulcich. With Darren Waller being a free agent, Dulcich could currently slide in as the starting tight end for new Miami QB Malik Willis. He could end up being a late-round flier in drafts.
