WR - PHI
Week 14 Outlook
Greg Ward has agreed to sign to Philadelphia's practice squad, per Ari Meirov.
Ward is familiar with Philadelphia, having spent the last three years there before leaving this season. He is now back, and he will have plenty of opportunities to climb the depth chart and become a member of the active roster on a thriving Eagles' offense throughout the rest of this season.
Greg Ward will be released after the Eagles complete an injury settlement with the wide receiver. His lower body injury is going to require four to five weeks to improve.
Ward recorded seven receptions, 95 yards, and three touchdowns with the Eagles last season. The 27-year-old will work on rehabbing his lower body injury and focus on remaining healthy should another team provide him an opportunity. Ward will likely not carry any fantasy value this season.
Greg Ward missed practice Wednesday as he continues to deal with a toe injury.
Ward has been out of practice for awhile nursing a toe injury and is likely on the roster bubble. He tallied seven receptions for 95 yard and three touchdowns in the 2021 season. Fantasy managers should likely stay away from Ward until his roster status becomes clear.
Greg Ward did not play in the team's preseason matchup against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
Ward has been dealing with a toe injury and is very much on the roster bubble heading into the final week of August. In 2021, the veteran WR caught seven of his 11 targets for 95 yards and three touchdowns.

Ward has shown his moments during his tenure with the Eagles, but he should remain more of a depth option for the team. He caught seven passes for 95 yards with three touchdowns last season.
