This Week Outlook
Greg Zuerlein connected on two of his three field goal attempts on Sunday against the Seahawks.
Zuerlein connected on two field goals from 44 yards out, while missing one from 57 yards to open the second half. It was another ugly performance from the Jets offense despite the return of Mike White.
Greg Zuerlein made his one field goal attempt on Thursday against the Jaguars.
Zuerlein opened the game's scoring with a 37-yard field goal. That was his only attempt all night as it was a completely disastrous game for the Jets offense. He could see more opportunities next week against the Seahawks if Mike White is healthy.
Greg Zuerlein made both of his extra-point attempts and missed one of his two field-goal attempts in Sunday's loss to the Detroit Lions.
Zuerlein scored five total points on Sunday, but he wasn't perfect with it. He missed a field goal, and those points would've ended up being enough for the Jets to tie the game. He's been solid overall this year and remains a solid streaming option at the position moving forward.
Greg Zuerlein made 1-of-1 field goal attempts (26) and 1-of-1 extra point attempts in New York’s 20-12 loss to the Bills in Week 14.
Zuerlein was only called upon twice and made both attempts (one FG, one XP) in New York’s loss. Zuerlein is coming off a week where he made five field goals, including a franchise record 60-yarder, but the Jets’ offense is too volatile right now to trust Zuerlein’s opportunities. Zuerlein and the Jets will host the Lions with more playoff implications for both teams than anyone could have expected and their could be plenty of kicking chances in a game New York will need to score to keep up with Detroit's high-flying offense.
Greg Zuerlein made 5-of-5 field goal attempts (48, 60, 36, 30, 26) and 1-of-1 extra point attempts in New York’s 27-22 loss to the Vikings in Week 13.
Zuerlein broke his own franchise record of 57 yards (twice) that he shared with Chandler Catanzaro by hitting from 60 yards right before halftime. He was a perfect 6-for-6 on the day and scored 19 fantasy points, With kickers like Younghoe Koo, Mason Crosby, and Wil Lutz on byes in Week 14, Zuerlein could be just what fantasy managers need in the final week of the fantasy regular season in most leagues.
