Jake Rudock
QB -
Week 6 Outlook
Availability
QB Jake Rudock has been released by the Miami Dolphins.
Fantasy Impact
Rudock was on the Dolphins practice squad last season. When the team drafted Tua Tagovailoa in the 2020 NFL Draft, it was likely Rudock’s days in Miami were numbered with Ryan Fitzpatrick and Josh Rosen also on the roster. The former 2016 sixth-round pick out of Michigan will hope to find work elsewhere, but that could be an upward battle as teams look to reduce rosters to 80 players.
Jake Rudock completed 22-of-29 pass attempts for 229 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins' preseason win over the Saints. He also rushed twice for two yards.
Fantasy Impact
Rudock was efficient but not prolific in this performance. With two other quarterbacks well ahead of him, he has no real appeal in fantasy football. He's unlikely to be heard from in the regular season.
Jake Rudock completed 6-of-11 pass attempts for 72 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins' preseason loss to the Buccaneers. He also scored a two-point conversion and threw an interception.
Fantasy Impact
Rudock is a distant third in line for playing time and is unlikely to surface on the fantasy radar in 2019 or beyond.
Jake Rudock completed 6-of-8 pass attempts for 65 yards and a touchdown and rushed once for -1 yards (a kneel down) in the Dolphins' preseason win over the Falcons.
Fantasy Impact
Rudock is a distant third on the depth chart and won't surface on the fantasy radar this year.
Jake Rudock has been waived by the Lions.
Fantasy Impact
Rudock was battling Matt Cassel for the backup QB role on the Lions. Rudock is a candidate for the Lions practice squad if he does not get claimed by another team.
