James Wilder Jr.

James Wilder Jr. is fighting for a roster spot and had the best night among Bengals' running backs Thursday night in a 9-6 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Wilder Jr. rushed nine times for 37 yards, including a 19-yard run that got the Bengals in position for the game-winning field goal late in the fourth quarter. He also caught a pass for 18 yards.

Fantasy Impact

The running game wasn't superb, as the Bengals rushed for 92 yards on 27 carries. Wilder Jr. is in a battle with Terrell Watson and Cedric Peerman for the depth running back spots behind Jeremy Hill and Gio Bernard. It would take a couple of injuries for any of these backs to have much of a fantasy impact.
