Williams made the play of the day on Monday, connecting with Jared Goff on a 70-yard touchdown that helped the Lions to secure the win. He ended up with the most receiving yards on the team, and fantasy managers should feel pretty good with the numbers he was able to put up. If he doesn't see an increase in his volume, however, he will be more of a boom-or-bust fantasy option on a weekly basis.
