Jerome Ford
RB - Cleveland Browns
2024 Outlook
Jerome Ford carried the ball three times for six yards and caught two of his three targets for 26 yards in a 31-14 loss to the Bengals in Week 18.
Fantasy Impact
Ford played sparingly with the Browns looking to keep him fresh for the playoffs. Both of his catches came in the fourth quarter after Pierre Strong Jr. departed with a back injury. Ford will now prepare to face off against the Texans in next week's playoff game.
Jerome Ford carried the ball 12 times for 64 yards and caught two of his three targets for 57 yards and two touchdowns in a 37-20 win over the Jets in Week 17.
Fantasy Impact
Ford looked explosive and tough to bring down in the Thursday night win. The second-year back scored Cleveland's first touchdown of the game on a seven-yard catch in the first quarter and then ripped off a 50-yard touchdown catch in the second. Ford is now sitting on nine all-purpose touchdowns on the year as he gets ready for the Bengals in Week 18.
Jerome Ford ran for 25 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries in the Browns' 36-22 win over the Texans. He also caught 1-of-2 targets for -2 yards through the air.
Fantasy Impact
It was a short-yardage touchdown that salvaged an otherwise underwhelming afternoon for Ford and the whole run game for Cleveland this week. He will be a low-end RB2 play next week against the Jets.
Jerome Ford rushed for 20 yards on eight attempts and caught 4-of-5 targets for 11 yards in the Browns' 20-17 win over the Bears on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
Ford didn't see a lot of work on the ground, arguably thanks to the Bears getting out to a lead and Cleveland playing catch up for most of the game. His receiving game involvement is still encouraging, but fantasy managers would have liked to see a few more yards attached to his opportunities. He'll look to improve next week against the Texans.
Jerome Ford (wrist) is off of the injury report for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears.
Fantasy Impact
Ford was limited at practice on Wednesday and Thursday thanks to a wrist injury, but he was upgraded to a full participant on Friday and has been entirely removed from the injury report for Week 15. He will be good to go and should see his usual workload against a tough Chicago run defense.
