Jerome Ford has agreed to a one-year deal with the Washington Commanders.
Fantasy Impact
Ford leaves Cleveland after four years with the team and joins a backfield headlined by Jacorey Croskey-Merritt and Rachaad White. Ford may have had a bad statistical year in 2025, but he has multiple 500-yard rushing seasons and is a capable pass catcher, something he and White hold in common. The door is still open for the team to draft Jeremiyah Love or some other running back in the draft, however, so things are likely far from settled.
The Browns placed RB Jerome Ford on injured reserve.
Fantasy Impact
The season is over for Ford due to a shoulder injury. Across 13 games played, he rushed for 73 yards on 24 carries and caught 26 passes for 103 yards.
