Johnny Wilson
WR - Philadelphia Eagles - IR
Availability
Eagles WR Johnny Wilson will undergo season-ending surgery on his knee.
Fantasy Impact
Wilson was carted off the field from practice earlier in the week. He'll look to make a full recovery for next season.
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Johnny Wilson was carted off at practice on Tuesday, Aug. 19, after limping to the medical tent.
Fantasy Impact
The fact that he was able to reach the medical tent is possibly a promising sign, especially since carts are used liberally during offseason practices. However, the exact nature or severity of his apparent injury is not yet clear. Wilson caught five passes in his rookie year and is not expected to be a factor in fantasy football in 2025.
Eagles WR Johnny Wilson (illness) is officially active for Week 15.
Fantasy Impact
Wilson was considered questionable after appearing on the injury report Friday with an illness. He will suit up against the Steelers, but remains off the fantasy radar for now.
Johnny Wilson has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Ravens.
Fantasy Impact
Wilson will be sidelined with a hamstring injury. If DeVonta Smith is also sidelined, Jahan Dotson could take on a larger role alongside A.J. Brown.
Johnny Wilson caught one pass for five yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-6 victory over the Dallas Cowboys.
Fantasy Impact
The rookie wasn't very involved on Sunday, but he still had a notable performance against the Cowboys. He caught his first career touchdown on a five-yard connection with Jalen Hurts, which was also just his second catch on the season. If he continues to play well, we could see Philadelphia use him more as a big-bodied red-zone threat in the future.
