The Vikings have officially exercised Jordan Addison's fifth-year option.

It was reported over a month ago and it is now official. Addison has shown flashes of his potential across his first three seasons, while also being suspended three games for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. He was also arrested for misdemeanor trespassing charges earlier this offseason.

Addison’s contract is now guaranteed through 2027. He projects as a mid-to-low-end WR3 heading into fantasy draft season.

Drafted in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft, Addison declined in production for the third consecutive season. After finishing with 911 yards receiving and 10 scores in his rookie campaign, Addison had 875 yards and nine touchdowns in 2024 before hauling in just 610 yards and three scores this season. He finished with just three receptions total over his last three games. He will look to right the ship in 2026.

Jordan Addison rushed once for 65 yards and one touchdown and failed to catch his only target in the Vikings' 23-10 win over the Lions in Week 17.

Addison has struggled to make an impact in the Minnesota passing attack of late, recording two or less receptions in each of his last three games. The wideout remains difficult for fantasy managers to trust in all formats ahead of a Week 18 matchup against the Green Bay Packers.
