Akins led the Texans’ tight end group in receptions and receiving yards Sunday. Fantasy managers should feel comfortable leaving Akins out of lineups in Week 18 when the Texans take on the Colts.

Akins did most of his damage on one 30 yard reception. The 30-year-old tight end is not seeing enough of a target share to be fantasy viable. Fantasy managers can leave Akins out of their lineup in Week 17.

Akins found the end zone on a 12 yard pass to give Houston the lead in the third quarter. The 30-year-old veteran has been fairly inconsistent this season, making him a tough start for fantasy managers. Akin and the Texans will take on the Titans in Week 16.
