Julian Hill manages one catch in win

Julian Hill was limited to a secondary role in the passing game during Sunday's victory over Tampa Bay, hauling in one of his two targets for 16 yards. The tight end was significantly outproduced by teammate Greg Dulcich, who caught a touchdown, while Darren Waller drew six targets despite failing to gain any yardage.

Fantasy Impact

Through 16 appearances this season, Hill has accumulated just 14 receptions for 132 yards. He is expected to continue his blocking-focused role when the Dolphins face the Patriots in the Week 18 regular-season finale.

Julian Hill (ankle) limited again Thursday

Julian Hill (ankle) was limited at practice again on Thursday.

Fantasy Impact

Hill's ankle injury has not yet fully healed, but he was able to practice in a limited fashion again on Thursday and seems to be trending the right way for Sunday. If he's available to play, he will help to fill the void that the absence of Darren Waller (pec) has left for the Dolphins.

Julian Hill (ankle) limited participant Wednesday

Julian Hill (ankle) was a limited participant at practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Hill has been sidelined for three-straight games while dealing with an ankle injury, but he seems to be nearing a return for the Dolphins, as he has been able to practice in a limited fashion frequently over the past week or so. When he's back, he will see more work than formerly with Darren Waller (pec) now out of the lineup for Miami.
