Kalif Raymond (foot) is active for Week 18 for the Detroit Lions against the Minnesota Vikings.

Raymond will return after injuring his foot against the Indianapolis Colts in November, slotting into his return role as well as a No. 4 wideout option for head coach Dan Campbell against the Vikings Sunday night.

Raymond should be able to return as early as Week 17, so there is a chance he plays again this regular season. Rapoport's report as well indicated that he is expected to make a return. Raymond has served as a rotational WR for the Lions this season (seventh in receiving yards) but gets the most action on special teams (leading punt returner and over 28% of special teams snaps played). His value as a returner will need to be replaced, and the immediate option is unclear as WR Amon-Ra St. Brown is the only other Lion to return a punt in 2024.

Lions coach Dan Campbell said he doesn't feel any better about the status of Kalif Raymond ahead of Thursday's game against the Bears.
