CB Keenan Lewis out 4-6 weeks after opting for hip surgery
Lewis was one of the few bright spots on the ailing Saints defense a year ago and will now miss 4-6 weeks for hip flexor surgery. The loss of Lewis and rookie CB P.J. Williams sets their lackluster defense back before the season even kicks off.
Fantasy Impact
The often torched Brandon Browner will fill in as the starting CB in Lewis' absence. The Saints take on Cardinals in Week 1. Carson Palmer and John "Smokey" Brown are setting up for a big start to the season against the reeling Saints' secondary.
