The New York Jets have selected TE Kenyon Sadiq with the No. 16 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact
Sadiq becomes the first tight end taken off the board as he heads to the Jets with the 16th overall pick. Drafted out of Oregon, Sadiq has the frame of a tight end with the athleticism of a wide receiver and, despite his average size (6-3, 241) for the position, also has a history of being a very good blocker. He averaged only 21.2 yards receiving per game in college, but his combine elevated his stock - especially his 4.39 40-yard dash. Sadiq also has history of being used as an edge-setting blocker and lead option with the running game for the backs and quarterback-designed runs - and could be used similarly in New York.
The Browns hosted Oregon TE Kenyon Sadiq for a top-30 visit.
Fantasy Impact
Sadiq is largely expected to be the first tight end off the board in this month's NFL Draft. He will be a player for fantasy managers to monitor.
