Kerby Joseph

Kerby Joseph (hip) has been ruled out ahead of the Week 3 contest for the Detroit Lions against the Atlanta Falcons Sunday.

Fantasy Impact

Joseph was unable to practice after suffering the hip injury in Detroit’s Week 2 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, and will now look to return in Week 4. Brian Branch and Tracy Walker will likely see a significant increase in snaps against the Falcons for head coach Dan Campbell and defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn Sunday.

Draft prospect Kerby Joseph didn't run Sunday because of a tweaked hamstring he sustained.

Fantasy Impact

Joseph felt about 85% when he was jumping, but he didn't feel well enough to run. He plans to run in the future when he is healthy, possibly at a pro day. The young safety out of Illinois will look to turn heads with his speed.
