TE - BUF
Week 13 Outlook
Lee Smith caught his only target for eight yards in the Bills' Wild Card loss to the Texans.
Smith is primarily used as a blocker in the Bills offense, and is mostly a veteran presence rather than an integral part of the offense. Smith does not figure to be a viable fantasy option for 2020. He is signed for two more seasons in Buffalo.
Lee Smith caught his only target for an eight-yard touchdown in the Bills' Week 5 win over the Titans.
Smith is not an active member of the passing game and still only saw one target -- he's not a viable fantasy football asset unless he becomes more of a pass-catcher and less of a blocker.
One of the Bills' four touchdown passes in Week 8 went to blocking tight end Lee Smith. It was a 1-yarder off a play-action from a goal-line set. He also caught another pass for four yards.
That makes 15 catches for Smith ... in his four-year career with the Bills. It was his first touchdown since 2012, and now he's up to three all-time. That's all the fantasy analysis you need.
