This Week Outlook
Availability
LeQuint Allen Jr. ran for three yards on one carry on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
Allen was the backup with Bhayshul Tuten (finger) sidelined. Travis Etienne remains the workhorse in the Jaguars backfield.
LeQuint Allen Jr. ran four times for 10 yards in the Jaguars 34-20 win over the Broncos.
Fantasy Impact
While it didn’t count in most fantasy leagues, he’s also been returning kicks, with 73 return yards on the day. If nothing else, his usage both as the primary backup for Travis Etienne and his usage as a returner are positives. It speaks to the coaches confidence in his ability with the ball in his hands in space.
LeQuint Allen Jr. ran 8 times for 36 yards in the Jaguars' 35-6 win over the Chargers.
Fantasy Impact
At first glance, seeing him with 8 touches looks great. Then you find out that Allen had all 8 of his carries on the final drive as the Jaguars ran out the clock. If nothing else, he was successful on those runs and kept the clock moving, so there's a positive for that. If Bhayshul Tuten misses any time, Allen should step into the RB2 role behind Travis Etienne.
LeQuint Allen Jr. caught his only target for four yards in the Jaguars' 35-7 loss to the Rams in Week 7.
Fantasy Impact
Allen Jr. has seen minimal involvement in the Jacksonville offense to this point, recording two or less touches in all seven games for the Jaguars. The running back can remain off rosters in all formats ahead of a Week 9 contest against the Las Vegas Raiders after the team's bye in Week 8.
LeQuint Allen Jr. rushed once for two yards while also catching one of his two targets for 10 yards in the Jaguars' 20-12 loss to the Seahawks in Week 6.
Fantasy Impact
Allen Jr. has struggled to make an impact on minimal touches in the Jacksonville offense, finishing with less than 15 offensive yards in each all six games to this point for the Jaguars. The running back can remain off rosters in all formats ahead of a Week 7 contest against the Los Angeles Rams.
