Matt Moore plays second half against Tampa Bay

Jay Cutler did not finish Sunday's contest against Tampa Bay after suffering a concussion. Matt Moore entered the second half and finished the game completing 17 of 28 passes for 282 yards, and throwing for one touchdown. Moore came close to bringing the team back from a 13-point deficit with a game-tying score and conversion with just over three minutes left in the fourth quarter.
