Duggan was waived by the Chargers Tuesday, but will get a chance to remain with the team via the practice squad. The former seventh-round pick will get a chance to continue to develop on the practice squad.

Duggan was a seventh-round draft pick this year, but he didn't have a good enough off-season to earn a roster spot. The team is waiving him, but they could possibly bring him back on the practice squad if he goes unclaimed on waivers. He never really had a chance to see the field this year so his departure from the Chargers won't change the outlook for anybody on this offense.
