Mazi Smith has been traded to the New York Jets as part of a larger deal that saw Dallas also trade a first round pick for Quinnen Williams.

Mazi Smith (healthy scratch) will be inactive for Thursday night's game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Fantasy Impact

The 2023 first-round pick has not lived up to his draft day expectation, and this is yet another blow to his resume. Smith missing the game while healthy is not a good sign of his standing on the team, especially since they will need playmakers to step up in the wake of the Micah Parsons trade.
