Mekhi Sargent was one of the few bright spots for the Jaguars offense that was without many of its starters. Sargent had the most volume of any player that suited up for Jacksonville, totaling 10 touches for 59 yards. The second-year player sits firmly behind Travis Etienne and James Robinson on the depth chart and will battle Snoop Conner, Nathan Cottrell, and Ryquell Armstead for the RB3 spot on the 53-man roster.

Fantasy Impact

Sargent was brought up to play in Week 13 and help in the backfield with Darrell Henderson Jr. injured. The Rams promoting Sargent this early in the week again could be leaning towards Sony Michel getting a heavy workload again with Henderson Jr. potentially limited again in Week 14. We will have to monitor the situation throughout the rest of the week.

RB Mekhi Sargent had 16 carries for 78 yards and also caught one passes for five yards in the Titans Week 2 preseason win vs the Buccaneers.

Fantasy Impact

Sargent played very well in this game and has looked solid this offseason. He's nothing more than a depth piece at running back, though.
