RB - MIA
Week 13 Outlook
Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin rushed 16 times for 49 yards and two direct-snap touchdowns during Sunday's win over the Panthers. He also hauled in two passes for an additional three yards through the air.
Gaskin finally broke his curse of the even week, and he has now totaled 37.8 PPR points over his last two games. The 24-year-old remains a low-end RB2 heading into a Week 13 clash against the Giants.
Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin impressed against the Jets on Sunday, rushing 23 times for 89 yards on the ground. He also hauled in three of four targets for an additional seven yards and one touchdown through the air.
Gaskin is averaging 18 fantasy points per game in odd-numbered weeks and just 5.3 points per game in even-numbered weeks. All six of his double-digit games have come in odd-numbered weeks, and all five of his single-digit games have come in even-numbered weeks. It makes no sense from an analytical perspective, but the pattern has become so strong that fantasy managers might just want to consider it when setting their lineups. For what it's worth, Gaskin goes up against the Panthers in Week 12.
Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin rushed 14 times for 31 yards against the Ravens in Week 10. He also hauled in one of his two targets for 14 yards.
Gaskin accounted for the majority of Miami's rushes in this one, yet he was only able to churn out 2.2 yards per carry against a stingy Baltimore defensive line. He remains a fine FLEX play against the Jets in Week 11.
Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin rushed 20 times for just 36 yards against the Texans on Sunday. On a more positive note, he did finish the day with a rushing touchdown, six catches, and 23 receiving yards.
Gaskin's 1.7 yards per carry were awful, but his ability to get involved both in the passing game and the red zone allowed him to salvage his fantasy performance. Miami takes on Baltimore on Thursday night.
Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin carried the ball 12 times for 36 yards during Sunday's loss against the Bills. He also hauled in three of four targets for an additional 19 yards through the air.
Gaskin is hard to trust and has been fairly touchdown-dependent through this point in this year. His value took a slight jump with Malcolm Brown's placement on IR, but he still falls into the RB3 range for the time being.
