Week 2 Outlook
According to sources, RFA LB Nicholas Morrow is reportedly re-signing with the Las Vegas Raiders on a new deal.
The Raiders were able to lock up one of their promising linebackers before he hit the free-agent market on Wednesday. Morrow went undrafted in the 2017 draft and played well for the Raiders last season, registering 78 tackles with three sacks, an interception, and a forced fumble across 11 games. He played last season as a restricted free-agent and now he's earned his first significant contract.
LB Nicholas Morrow officially signed his tender with the Las Vegas Raiders, which will pay him $3.259M in 2020.
Morrow was offered a second-round restricted free agent tender last month, and now has officially re-signed with the Raiders. He played in all 16 games in 2019, recording a total of 73 tackles in eight starts. In three NFL seasons, the 24 year-old has played in all 48 games and has started in 18 of them. He’ll be back with the Raiders in 2020 and will provide depth both on defense and special teams.
