Noah Igbinoghene

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, CB Noah Igbinoghene has been traded to the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for CB Kelvin Joseph.

The Cowboys and Miami Dolphins are doing a swap of nickel corners who have struggled early in their careers. Igbinoghene was a first-round pick in 2020 and played 32 games for Miami in three seasons, starting five. The former Auburn Tiger is on an expiring deal and has already had his fifth-year option declined. Potentially a change of scenery could kick-start the career of Igbinoghene who will have Trevon Diggs and Stephon Gilmore on his side in the DB room.

Igbinoghene is a bit of a surprise pick for the Miami Dolphins after they signed cornerback Byron Jones in free agency to pair with Xavien Howard. As Brian Flores continues his rebuild in Miami, he now might have one of the best collections of cornerbacks in the NFL.
