Rams WR Puka Nacua reportedly checked into a rehab facility and is scheduled to be there "a while longer," according to his lawyer, Levi McCathern. This news comes amidst allegations that he bit a woman on New Year’s Eve while intoxicated.

Nacua’s attorney stated Wednesday that the star wide receiver is currently at a treatment center in Malibu and had been there for "a substantial period of time" before the allegations became public. While the alleged incident is still under investigation, the NFL could take action if Nacua is officially charged with wrongdoing related to it.
Mike Garafolo of NFL Network said to “expect some time” before the Rams and Puka Nacua agree to a contract extension.
Fantasy Impact
Garafolo makes this report on the same day the Seahawks signed Jaxon Smith-Njigba to a historic contract extension. It is likely Nacua will top that deal when he lands his contract extension. He is entering the final year of his rookie contract, so it is likely a deal gets done by this summer.
Puka Nacua caught 10-of-11 targets for 76 yards and a touchdown in the Rams 37-20 win over the Cardinals. He added 24 rushing yards on two carries.
Fantasy Impact
Nacua found the end zone on a two-yard pass in the second quarter to give the Rams the lead. Nacua will end the season with three straight games with a touchdown and with six games of 10 or more receptions in the 2025 season.
Puka Nacua caught 5 of 10 targets for 47 yards and a touchdown in the Rams’ 27-24 loss to Atlanta.
Fantasy Impact
Nacua was close to having a bigger day, but had a long touchdown called back due to penalty. He still scored on the same drive, just on a much shorter reception. There were other close calls as well, including one right in the final seconds where he nearly had a catch on the sideline, but was overturned after review. It wasn’t what fantasy managers were hoping for from Puka in championship week, but he came close to it.
Shouldering a heavier workload with Davante Adams sidelined, Puka Nacua delivered a massive performance during Thursday's overtime loss to Seattle, racking up a career-best 225 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The BYU product converted 12 of his 16 targets, marking his fifth game this season with double-digit receptions.
Fantasy Impact
Nacua consistently generated explosive plays, recording three catches of 40 yards or more. His highlights included a 54-yard gain on the team's third drive and a 41-yard touchdown in overtime that briefly broke a 30-30 tie. Regardless of whether Adams can return for the Week 17 Monday night matchup against Atlanta, Nacua naturally remains a locked-in elite option for fantasy managers.
