Puka Nacua caught five of nine targets for 74 yards in the Rams' 27-7 loss to the Niners on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact
Puka was the only Ram who had more than 26 receiving yards, and most of those yards came on a nice catch and run early on in the game. His final total was respectable, but fantasy managers will hope for more next time he's out on the field.
Puka Nacua is not listed on the Rams initial injury report for Week 1.
Fantasy Impact
Puka has been dealing with a psoas injury for a little over a week, but his absence on the injury report is a big indication that barring a setback, he will play on Thursday. The star receiver should be a full go and lock into fantasy lineups.
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua is expected to play in Week 1 against the San Francisco 49ers as the team travels to Australia, says head coach Sean McVay.
Fantasy Impact
Nacua has been dealing with a psoas injury but returned to practice about a week ago. With the opening game in Melbourne, the Rams are being smart with their players given the toll of travel. However, their WR1 should be good to go. Nacua also still faces a potential suspension "under the NFL’s personal conduct policy," says Adkins.
Puka Nacua returned to practice Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
Nacua had missed practice for much of the past couple of weeks with psoas soreness. The injury appears to be behind him and he is expected to avoid the commissioner’s exempt list, meaning he should be good to go for Week 1.
Puka Nacua is not taking part in Thursday’s joint practice against the Saints.
Fantasy Impact
Nacua is continuing to work his way back from soreness in his groin. He remains day-to-day for now.
