Free agent linebacker Quay Walker has signed a three-year, $40.5 million deal with the Las Vegas Raiders. The contract includes $28 million in guaranteed money.

The Raiders continue to overhaul their roster with the addition of one of the most prized free agent linebackers on the market in Walker. The former Packer recorded at least 100 tackles in all four seasons in Green Bay, including a career-high 128 stops in 14 games last season. Walker also had eight tackles for a loss, 2.5 sacks, and five pass breakups while playing in a career-best 95% of the defensive snaps. He was expected to get a big payday and he did from the Raiders. Walker will join newly-acquired Nakobe Dean as a formidable linebacking duo in Las Vegas.
