Rashad Greene catches two passes in win over Dolphins

Rashad Greene caught two passes on two targets for 22 yards as the Jaguars beat the Dolphins by a 17-7 score in Week 16 action.

Fantasy Impact

Greene is currently fourth on the Jaguars depth chart at receiver for the struggling offense. The 26-year-old wideout just has six catches on the season and is not worth picking up in fantasy leagues.

Rashad Greene catches one pass in loss in London

Rashad Greene caught one pass on two targets as the Jaguars lost to the Eagles by a 24-18 score in Week 8 action.

Fantasy Impact

Greene had not seen any targets this season until last week when he caught one pass. He was able to see a couple more on Sunday and has moved into the WR5 spot on the depth chart but is not fantasy relevant unless a couple of injuries occur to the Jaguars wide receiver corps.

Rashad Greene INACTIVE for Jaguars in Week 1

Jaguars declared WR Rashad Greene, DT Eli Ankou, OL Chris Reed, OL Josh Walker, OL Will Richardson, DE Dawuane Smoot, and DT Michael Bennett inactive Week 1 against the Giants.

Fantasy Impact

Greene leads the list of inactives for the Jaguars on Sunday as they face the Giants. Greene is fifth on the depth chart at receiver and is on the roster more for his special team ability than his pass catching skills.

Rashad Greene with one catch against Green Bay

Rashad Greene caught one of his two targets for nine yards on Sunday. While also handling punt duties, he had one return for 14 yards, Greene was the sixth-most targeted Jaguar.

Fantasy Impact

It is interesting that Greene was the sixth-most targeted player, and fourth-most targeted WR, as some thought that he could be the WR3 for Jacksonville. He is firmly entrenched behind Allen Hurns, Allen Robinson, and Marquise Lee on the depth chart and is without fantasy value.

Rashad Greene to be Jacksonville's No. 3 receiver in 2016?

ESPN's Mike Clay is reporting that Jacksonville Jaguars beat writer Ryan O'Halloran "fully expects" Rashad Greene to enter the 2016 season as the team's No. 3 wide receiver.

Fantasy Impact

Rashad Greene is entering his second NFL season as the favorite to win the No. 3 wide receiver job in Jacksonville. Greene appeared in nine games last season with the Jaguars and caught 19 targets for 93 yards and two touchdowns. Jacksonville has depth at the wide receiver position which could indicate that Greene can be bumped down on the depth chart if he struggles with the increase in playing time. Bryan Walters and Marqise Lee are next in line for Greene's spot in 2016.
