Robert Hughes labeled short-yardage back
According to Mike Jurecki on Twitter, Robert Hughes will be utilized as the short-yardage running back for the Arizona Cardinals this coming season. The hybrid fullback/running back has apparently done some things that Coach Arians has liked as an inside runner, and will get first crack at the job.
Fantasy Impact
This could mean that Hughes will gain some fantasy relevance with a shot at scoring some touchdowns, however in a crowded backfield that includes Andre Ellington, David Johnson, Kerwynn Williams, and Stefan Taylor, it might be a difficult chore.
